Miss Saigon - 25th Anniversary (Deluxe Edition)

2014 London cast recording of the acclaimed Cameron Mackintosh production of Miss Saigon. This is the the first live cast recording of the entire show, featuring performers from 18 countries. Released to coincide with the 25th Anniversary of the original production.

Miss Saigon tells the tragic tale of young bar girl Kim, orphaned by war, who falls in love with an American GI called Chris - but their lives are torn apart by the fall of Saigon. Music and lyrics by Claude-Michel Schönberg, Alain Boublil (who were co-writers of Les Misérables), Richard Maltby Jr and Michael Mahler. Over 40 million people worldwide have seen Miss Saigon, in addition to London, the production has recently opened in Japan and is scheduled for openings in Korea, Australia, Europe and the U.S. (details will be provided shortly).
