Named after star tenor Roberto Alagna's 2 1/2 year-old daughter, MalŠna features new arrangements of beloved Neapolitan songs such as "Funicul Funicul…," "Torna a Surriento" and "Core `ngrato" as well as brand new songs - including the title track - written especially for Alagna by his brothers, David and Frederico. Joining Alagna on the new album are fellow DG artists Avi Avital (mandolin) and Nemanja Radulovic (violin).
