Peter Wolf is best known as lead vocalist for the J. Geils Band from '67-`83. A solo artist since `89, Peter made a real mark with 2002's "Sleepless." He has fashioned a unique musical niche for himself, maybe best described as Urban Americana, mixing R&B, Bakersfield country & soul with unique narratives. For this, he wrote 9 of the 12 tracks, 4 of them with GRAMMY/ Golden Globe/ Academy Award-winning songwriter Will Jennings. Also has covers of Lefty Frizell, Moe Bandy & Thomas Wayne.
